Manufacturing Intern
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to learn our extrusion/manufacturing process and assist supervisors and managers with production related things
OBJECTIVES:
- Work safely-Be Aware of your surroundings
- Wear all of your PPE
- Do your daily checks-PIT or Lowboy
- Attendance-come to work on time every time that you are scheduled
- Work to the best of your ability to complete the daily tasks assigned
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Extrusion Manager in updating the SOP’s
- Assist the Extrusion Manager in updating training for all new hires and the Extrusion Technicians
- Learn the manufacturing side of Extrusion
- Collect and analyze data as directed
- Learn the Supervision side of Manufacturing
- Perform any other tasks that are assigned

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Working toward a Bachelor Degree in the following disciplines:
Manufacturing Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
