Insurance Sales & Service Agent

Job description
Your GEICO local office in Cuyahoga Falls is seeking both sales and service agents who can provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. Sales and service agents will follow up with customers who've submitted inquires online and will also handle inbound requests. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, is competitive, persuasive, a great listener, and is reception to coaching.

Responsibilities
We provide a fully-paid top tier training program which will enable you to effectively:
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients
  • Listen to your clients needs and provide professional insurance guidance
  • Pursue a high volume of new sales inquiries in-person and over the phone
  • Cross-sell customers on a full portfolio of insurance products
  • Complete applications in a high-quality manner
  • Follow-up on warm leads
  • Graciously handle customer service requests
Requirements
Qualified applicants must have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • An Ohio Property & Casualty License prior to the commencement of training
Preferred skills/experience:
  • Two years of sales experience
  • History of succeeding in a competitive environment
Qualified applicants will have/be able to:
  • Excel in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Respond positively to frequent coaching and feedback
  • Possess a pleasant telephone and in-person demeanor
  • Strong computer, typing, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
