Job Coach

Job Coaches are responsible for going out to job sites in the community in order to help train and evaluate our clients, assist with accommodations, and enhance their work skills. We offer two consecutive five-week summer work programs for high school students. During our summer work program, Job Coaches are responsible for overseeing the students' work, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses, and suggesting accommodations that will help the students succeed. All work will then be documented; often in an Excel report.
