Our Flexible Inventory Solutions takes slow moving & obsolete inventory and gives extended life to equipment in many industries. The departments for internships will be Business Administration & Management, Marketing, Computer Information Systems, and Supply Chain Management/Operations.
Job Title: Supply Chain Management – Logistics Analyst
Reports to: Jeff Sawicki, CEO
When: ASAP
Hours: Part-Time / Intern Position
Location: Lippert, 1327 Faultless Drive, five minutes from Ashland University campus
Pay: Negotiable
Description:
- The Analyst will participate in the supply chain management & logistics operation projects for the company. He/she will be responsible for assisting with:
- - Packaging Supplies - Purchase order flow process, NAV System review for items to be ‘stock’ vs. ‘non-stock’, vendor analysis, usage, pricing, bar coding, reorder procedure, min/max for each, racking, gates & storage, process review & implementation.
- - Extensive Inventory Analysis
- Qualifications:
- - Juniors, Seniors
- - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel & Work, & Power Point
- - Excellent organization skills
- - Excellent interpersonal skills
- - Self- confidence; ability to manage his/her own work and time
- - Ability to work without a lot of instruction or supervision
