We are looking for talented college graduates to join our team. We have a requirement for a Staff Consultant that is looking for a great consulting opportunity to learn and grow, directly out of college. We are looking to grow Staff Consultants into one of our ERP disciplines, including: Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Technical Development.

We're looking for driven individuals with aspirations of growing into Consultants – Sr. Consultants – and Principal Consultants, in their particular disciplines. Hired Staff Consultants can expect to be put through rigorous internal and Oracle Training, as well as be placed with a mentor (Terillium Senior or Principal Consultant) to shadow on a project (on the job training).
