YMCA Before and After School Child Care Site Director at the Fairless Elementary school.
We are looking for the right people to provide leadership in our YMCA Before and After School program. These people must be reliable and responsible with at least an Associates Degree or equivalent in related field. Site Director will be responsible for the State Licensed program and will work under the YMCA of Western Stark County Child Care Administrator. This job will be an opportunity to impact children through tutoring and homework help, games, outside play and STEM activities. Hours could be flexible. The program operates 6AM-9AM and 3PM-6PM M-F with the Fairless school schedule. There will also be an opportunity to work at the Y over school breaks. This position include some benefits, PAID trainings and Free YMCA Membership.
