Ohio State University is currently seeking 2-4 student workers to provide customer service for the IT Service Desk at their Wooster campus. The Student Tech Support Specialist provides professional and courteous support by phone and in person to Ohio State University users. Serves as a customer service representative and assists customers in resolving technical issues. Along with customer service, Student will be responsible for documenting their customer interactions and escalating unresolved issues to other team members.

Excellent phone and language skills are required. Customer Service experience is desired. Familiarity with basic computing concepts is helpful but not required.
