Computer Repair Services - Student Assistant | The University of Akron Computer Support Services

Duties: Hardware and software troubleshooting and repair, customer service, other duties as assigned.

Take away: Student assistants learn all aspects of computer support including technical skills and customer service in an enterprise environment.

This is a gateway position that advances through the IT Help Desk to openings in Enterprise software, Network Services, Server Administration, Application Services and Cyber Security.
