Athletics Facilities and Event Operations Student Assistant | The University of Akron Department of Athletics

1. Job description: Assist with UA Home Game day operations and special event coverage. Including but not limited to; event set up and break down, working with home and visiting teams/officials/other game day support staff, gameday operational support, other duties and labor assigned by the game manager.

2. Desired skills and qualifications: Must have great customer service skills. Must be able to understand and execute tasks with minimal supervision. You will be subject to: manual labor tasks, extended hours of standing, variable weather conditions, etc.

All University of Akron student employees must meet the designated minimum standards as stated on the Student Employment Eligibility Chart. UA student employees must be 18 years or older at the time of their start date. Any approved remote work conducted by student employees MUST be performed within the state of Ohio.
