Physical Facilities Student Office Assistant


Office assistant needed to perform a variety of office support functions. Primary function is to analyze and process utility bills. Secondary function will be to assist in the daily operation of the Physical Facilities Business Administration, to include: 

  • Procure materials
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Visa reconciliation
  • Audit accounting records
  • Inventory control, and receiving.

Desired skills and qualifications: Experienced user of Microsoft Excel required. Must be organized, detail oriented, dependable, hardworking, and honest. 

Hours desired: Strongly prefer 12+ hours with ability maintain hours during Summer and Winter breaks.
