Job Description: Provide office assistance in the department as a front-desk person.  General office duties including phone answering, copy work, filing, campus errands, general maintenance duties, data entry and other duties as assigned.  

Desired Skills and Qualifications:  MS office skills required and must have strong phone and customer service skills with excellent communication (speaking/listening). Must have a neat appearance, be dependable with a positive attitude and able to follow-up on assignments as well as pay attention to details. Preference given to work study and undergraduate students.
