Gritology Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Brand Marketing Associate to join our Columbus team. This position is designed for individuals interested in developing professional experience in brand representation, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.

In this role, you will represent established brands in retail environments, communicate product and service information to customers, and help create positive customer experiences. You will receive structured training and ongoing coaching to develop your communication, marketing, and professional skills.

No previous marketing experience is required. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, communications, sales, and other people-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands professionally in assigned retail locations.

Engage with customers and introduce relevant products and services.

Communicate brand information, product features, and available options.

Help customers understand products and services through face-to-face interactions.

Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Build positive customer relationships and provide helpful service.

Track customer interactions and contribute to team performance goals.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in marketing, brand representation, or business development.

Comfortable interacting with customers in person.

Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
