Sixth City Innovations is expanding throughout Euclid, Parma, Cleveland, and the surrounding Northeast Ohio area, and we're looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Management Trainees.
This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for college students preparing to graduate, recent graduates, and early-career professionals interested in building experience in business management, leadership, sales, marketing, customer relations, and daily business operations.
No previous management or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help new team members develop practical business skills, gain confidence, and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you'll begin by learning the fundamentals of customer engagement, client relations, sales operations, and business development. You'll work alongside experienced team members, participate in daily business activities, and develop the communication, organization, and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in a professional business environment.

Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities
- Learn daily business operations, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally
- Assist with customer accounts, service enrollment, and client support
- Support business development and customer acquisition initiatives
- Participate in daily team meetings, business training, and goal-setting sessions
- Track performance, customer interactions, and business objectives
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and productivity

Entry Level Management Trainee Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No previous management, sales, or business experience required
