Business Management - Entry Level

We're currently hiring an Entry Level Business Manager to introduce customers to affordable wireless service options, explain available programs, and assist with new service enrollments. Our team provides ongoing guidance and support to help new team members learn our services, understand the sales process, and build confidence in a customer-facing business environment.

As an Entry Level Business Manager, you'll work directly with customers to introduce available wireless services, explain program benefits and eligibility requirements, answer questions, and assist with the enrollment process. You'll learn how to approach customer conversations, communicate service information effectively, and develop the skills needed to contribute to daily sales goals. Experienced team members and managers provide hands-on guidance as you learn the position and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Business Manager:
