Position: Recruiter Job ID: 26-08797 

Duration: 6 Month Assignment (with potential extension) 

Location: St. Louis, MO 63146 (Hybrid) 

Pay: $30-$40/hour based on experience 

Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to support alternate shifts, hiring events, or recruiting activities. (Hybrid. In office Tue - Thu, Remote M&F) 

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hourly recruiting efforts for a growing manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for production, warehouse, skilled trades, and other hourly positions across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local community resources.

Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and local HR.

Maintain candidate activity and records within the applicant tracking system.

Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting outreach activities as needed.

Partner with HR and operations leaders to support staffing goals and hiring timelines.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or high-volume environments.

Minimum education level of HS Diploma/GED

Experience recruiting hourly and production employees.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Manufacturing or skilled trades recruiting experience.

Experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives or facility expansions.
