Job Type: Job (Full-Time) Location: Princeton Junction, New Jersey, United States (Onsite)

We're looking for a Retail Store Associate to join our team. You'll be the face of the store — helping customers find what they need, keeping the floor looking sharp, and making sure every transaction goes smoothly.

What you'll do

- Greet and assist customers with purchases, returns, and general questions - Operate the point-of-sale system accurately; handle cash, card, and digital payments - Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness throughout your shift - Support inventory counts and help receive new shipments - Communicate product features and promotions clearly and honestly - Work with teammates to hit daily sales goals and keep the store running efficiently

About you

- Some experience in retail, customer service, or a public-facing role preferred - Comfortable on your feet for a full shift - Reliable — shows up on time and follows through - Good with people: patient, clear communicator, doesn't freeze under pressure - Basic math skills; comfortable with a POS system or willing to learn quickly

Nice to have

- Familiarity with inventory software - Bilingual — always a plus in our store
