Job type: Internship (part-time) 

Work setting: Remote (U.S. only) 

Compensation: $20/hour + 5% commission on sales generated by your videos — 1099 independent contractor. The role begins with a paid working interview: 8 videos × $30 ($240 total stipend with free sample). 

Hours: ~10–25 hrs/week, flexible around class schedules 

About Us

OHCRISP is a growing U.S. snack brand making seriously crunchy freeze-dried fruit snacks. We're looking for a marketing intern who wants real, hands-on social media experience — not coffee runs and shadowing calls. You'll create TikTok content for a real consumer brand, see exactly how your videos perform, and learn how creator-led commerce (TikTok Shop) works from the inside. 

Our interview process — two steps, no busywork 

Step 1: A 30-minute video chat. A quick hello — we get a feel for your personality and on-camera presence, and you can ask us anything. No trick questions, no case studies. 

Step 2: A paid working trial. Film 8 videos for us over ~2 weeks and get paid $30 for each video you submit ($240 total, paid after each submission via Venmo/Zelle). 

You show us what you can do, we pay you for it — and if it's a fit, you continue as our marketing intern. Free product provided, obviously. 

What you'll do as an intern 

Create TikTok videos featuring OHCRISP: taste tests, snack reviews, trending formats, dorm-life content, ASMR crunch videos Brainstorm hooks, formats, and content series with our team Track what's working and help shape our content strategy.

Who this is for 

Currently enrolled U.S. college student, 18+ Native English speaker, comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in videos You already make TikToks — or have always wanted an excuse to start Interested in marketing, social media, content, or consumer brands as a career path

No followers, no formal experience required 

Happy to complete paperwork if your school offers internship credit 

Submitted videos must meet a basic content checklist (shared upfront). By submitting content, you grant OHCRISP the right to use approved videos on our brand channels, website, and paid ads
