Brand Ambassador/Showroom specialist

Brand Ambassador Location: Frisco Experience Center (On-site) 

Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $22–$25/hr

About the Role We're looking for a personable, reliable Brand Ambassador to be the face of our Frisco Experience Center. This is an entry-level, customer-facing role where you'll help create a welcoming environment for every visitor who walks through the door.

What you'll do - Greet customers as they arrive at the Experience Center - Assist with scheduling and managing customer appointments - Answer and direct incoming phone calls - Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth visitor experience - Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm - Handle general administrative tasks as needed to support the center

About you - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Comfortable on the phone and in person with customers - Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once - Punctual and dependable — you show up and follow through - No prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most

Nice to have - Experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, or retail role - Familiarity with appointment scheduling software
