About the role

We are an established technology retail and services business seeking a dependable, organized manager to keep our store running smoothly. This person will oversee daily retail operations, support the team, and help customers have a positive experience.

The role includes facilitating brief morning staff meetings and helping with customer-service issues related to repairs and other services. Technical experience is helpful but not required; technicians are responsible for technical work and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, store presentation, and staff coverage.
• Welcome customers, answer questions, and assist with product purchases and service inquiries.
• Facilitate morning staff meetings to share customer needs, appointments, and important updates.
• Help resolve customer concerns and connect customers with the appropriate technician when needed.
• Support service intake, customer updates, and equipment pickup.
• Maintain accurate sales, payment, and customer records.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate routine ordering and receiving.
• Support employees with clear communication, coaching, and practical problem-solving.
• Keep the owner informed of significant concerns and opportunities to improve the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or store supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle routine decisions independently.
• A professional, approachable manner with customers and coworkers.
• Comfort learning point-of-sale, inventory, and business software.
