Business Development Intern (International)

Location: Remote / Global Type: Part-Time

About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, globally minded Business Development professional to help scale our international growth strategy. You’ll identify new markets, form strategic partnerships, and drive revenue expansion across key regions (US, Europe, and Asia). We are especially interested in students who have knowledge of or had graduated from international schools, as we frequently work with these organizations! This role is part-time and over Zoom. 

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with international schools, agencies, and organizations.

Lead outreach campaigns and manage pipelines using a CRM.

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to localize offers and execute growth initiatives.

Represent the brand in cross-border negotiations, calls, and events.

Talking with parents and families and telling them about Ivy Brothers!

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus, especially fluent Mandarin)

Proven ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.

Prior experience in sales, partnerships, customer service preferred
