Project Manager

Landreth Lighting is seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team in Central Florida!

In this role, you’ll manage the procurement of commercial lighting and controls products for large-scale construction projects. You’ll work closely with electrical distributors, contractors, and manufacturers to ensure orders are accurate and materials arrive on schedule.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys building relationships and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from submittals and order entry through delivery and post-sales support.
• Develop and apply knowledge of the lighting and controls products we represent.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure materials are ordered and delivered according to project schedules.
• Build strong working relationships with electrical distributors and contractors.
• Track project deadlines, resolve issues, and make timely decisions to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Marketing.
• Previous experience in the commercial electrical or lighting industry.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker and resourceful problem solver who takes initiative.
• Ability to navigate challenging situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Self-starter who works effectively independently and as part of a team.
