About the Role - A privately owned family veterinary clinic is looking for a Veterinarian to join a close-knit, high retention team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to animals. This isn't a corporate practice and never will be. Decisions are made by people who know their patients by name — and their owners too.

What you'll do - Diagnose and treat a variety of animal cases, from routine wellness exams to more complex medical and surgical workups - Perform surgical procedures including spays, neuters, and soft tissue surgeries - Interpret diagnostic results: bloodwork, radiographs, urinalysis, and more - Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their pets - Collaborate closely with a small, experienced support team - Maintain thorough and accurate medical records - Mentor and support veterinary technicians and assistants as needed

About you - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree required - Active or eligible state veterinary license in Oregon - Strong clinical skills and a genuine love for animals and their people - Comfortable working independently in a small-practice environment - Clear, empathetic communicator — with clients and colleagues alike

Nice to have - 1+ years of experience in small animal practice (new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome) - Experience or interest in dentistry, ultrasound, or surgery.
