The role
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll talk to customers face-to-face at promotional events across Houston. You'll explain products/services and sign up new customers. It's hands-on sales experience with real targets, real coaching and real progression.

What you'll do

• Talk to customers face-to-face at events and in-store promotions across Houston
• Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions
• Sign up new customers and work toward weekly sales targets
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive experience for every customer
• Record sales and customer details accurately
• Work with your team to hit campaign goals

What success looks like

• First few weeks: You're fully trained, working alongside an experienced team member, and making your first sales.
• By three months: You're consistently hitting your weekly targets and confident in your approach.
• By six months: As a strong performer, you're helping train new starters and working toward a Team Leader role.

• You're open to coaching and feedback.
• You're available to work full-time.
• You're authorized to work in the US.
• You can reliably commute to the job location

No sales experience is needed. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, a call center or campus events, or played team sports, you already have the core skills for this role.
