Hodges Spring 2027 Internship

So, you want to be a Hodges intern?

That's the best news we've heard all day!

We offer paid internships for the summer, fall and spring that give college juniors, seniors and recent graduates the chance to experience what it’s like to have a career in public relations and communications. The internships are for approximately three months, and interns typically work 20 hours per week for the duration of their internship.

Note: This position is based out of our office in Richmond, VA and applicants must be willing and able to fulfill the role in person. There 1-3 hybrid days per week depending on the intern's schedule.

Interns will be given a wide range of responsibilities - everything from research, writing, media relations, to sitting in on client meetings. Intern candidates should display a basic understanding of public relations and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a desire to learn, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team.
