Role: Senior Operations Analyst / Junior Manager

Division: Supply Chain & Operations

Company: SpoiledChild (Premium Wellbeing Products)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Company:

SpoiledChild (www.spoiledchild.com) is a premium wellbeing brand that sells supplements, haircare, and skincare products. Launched in 2022, SpoiledChild has become one of the fastest growing brands in its category, achieving profitability and crossing US$200 million in revenue in 2025. SpoiledChild is part of Oddity Technology, a publicly traded company on NASDAQ under the ticker $ODD. SpoiledChild operates globally as a direct-to-consumer brand in the U.S., Canada & UK.

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Senior Operations Analyst to own SpoiledChild’s day-to-day operations across our 3PL and supplier network, from warehouse performance and cost management to forecasting, while leading strategic projects such as 3PL RFPs and contract negotiations. You will be the point person for our 3PLs, suppliers, and cross-functional partners, with real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost management & forecasting. Own invoice review, cost tracking, and cost forecasting across 3PLs and carriers; catch discrepancies, explain variances, and surface savings.
  • Operations forecasting. Build operations volume forecasts that inform capacity, staffing, and budget conversations with our fulfillment partners.
  • 3PL & supplier management. Run regular check-ins and own relationships with our 3PLs and suppliers; hold partners accountable to service levels, accuracy, and performance targets.
  • Tactical operations. Be the first point of contact for day-to-day warehouse issues; resolve quickly, escalate when needed, and fix root causes.
  • Strategic projects. Lead 3PL RFPs, contract negotiations, and in-depth data analyses that shape how we scale our operations.
  • Cross-functional partnership. Build strong relationships across the business and partner closely with our global supply chain analyst.

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., finance, consulting, or a high-growth startup).
  • Prior quantitative analysis experience; advanced Excel required, and BI tools (e.g., Looker) or SQL a plus.
  • Clear, confident communicator, in writing and in person, with internal teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Business acumen and curiosity to connect the dots across cost, service, and growth.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Hunger to own: you want responsibility, not just tasks, and want to grow into more.

This role is built for an owner. You will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain & Operations and own SpoiledChild’s operations and cross-functional relationships from day one, with a clear path to greater scope as you grow.

We are a small team with passionate, ambitious individuals who want to constantly improve themselves and SpoiledChild’s global business. We enjoy building a business with aggressive growth plans and a strong financial foundation. Given our tight-knit team, it’s critical that our new joiner is a team player with great sportsmanship.

Could our next Senior Operations Analyst be you? If so, we look forward to chatting with you about our incredible team and your future with our company.
