AI & Business Systems Innovator

Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid | Clearwater, MN / Dover, OH / Tipp City, OH | US Work Authorization Required

FlexSeals is looking for someone who can spot business problems, understand the software involved,
and build AI-enabled workflows, integrations, automations, and tools that make the company faster and
smarter.

What you'll do

What You Will Build:
- AI agents and internal AI tools
- HubSpot, CRM, and sales-technology
integrations
- ZoomInfo and sales-intelligence
workflows
- ERP integrations and manufacturing data
workflows
- API connections between business
systems

- Sales and marketing automation
- AI-assisted quoting and RFQ workflows
- Dashboards, reporting, analytics, and
internal applications
- Data pipelines between systems
- Knowledge bases and internal AI
assistants

About you

- Experience working with AI tools, business automation platforms, or enterprise software systems - Comfortable with both the technical side (APIs, scripting, system configuration) and the business side (process mapping, stakeholder communication) - Strong analytical thinking — you can break down a problem and figure out a practical path forward - Able to manage multiple projects without losing track of details - Experience with tools like Power Automate, Zapier, make.com, or similar low-code/no-code platforms is a plus - Background in business analysis, IT, computer science, or a related field preferred
