Data Analyst

Briscent Global LLC is seeking a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role is suitable for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in data analysis, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

The selected candidate will work with business datasets, identify trends and patterns, prepare reports, develop dashboards, and translate data into meaningful insights that support business and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Analyze datasets using SQL, Excel, Python, and statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and analyze data from relational databases.

Perform data quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements based on analytical findings.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver relevant analytical solutions.

Document data sources, analytical methods, reports, and findings while following established data management practices.

Required Skills

Knowledge of data analysis, data interpretation, and basic statistical concepts.

Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning.

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytical methods.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with academic, internship, personal, or professional data analysis projects.

Familiarity with data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and dashboard development.

Basic understanding of business intelligence and reporting processes.

Exposure to Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL processes, or cloud-based analytics tools.

Education and Eligibility

Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Recent graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Candidates must be based in the United States and meet the applicable work authorization requirements for the position.
