Are you looking for a fun and rewarding career working with children? Positive Solutions Behavior Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs and RBTs) for our Beavercreek, OH ABA center! Join a supportive team with opportunities for professional growth.

BTs work 1:1 with children; you’ll play a hands-on role in helping children learn, grow, and gain skills they can use every day. ABA therapy sessions integrate play, games, movement, conversation, everyday routines, and fun activities based on each child’s goals and interests.

You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a supportive clinical team to turn individualized intervention plans into meaningful, engaging learning experiences.

Positive Solutions provides great on-the-job training and ongoing supervision to ensure therapists are confident in their work. Job Description

Your day-to-day may include:

🧸 Make learning fun through play, games, crafts, and engaging activities.

💬 Build communication and social skills through everyday interactions.

🌟 Teach essential life skills that encourage independence and growth.

❤️ Support meaningful behavior using individualized strategies developed by the BCBA.

📊 Track progress through data collection and session notes.

🤝 Collaborate and grow alongside supportive BCBAs and team members.

 

Part time and Full-time positions for someone who is energetic, patient, playful, dependable, and excited to make a meaningful difference in a child’s everyday life.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • High School Diploma
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviors with caregivers and other professionals
  • Must work well with children
  • Must be dependable and reliable

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
