About the Opportunity
Spartan Developments is seeking a motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Management Trainee – Marketing & Sales. This full-time opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, emerging professionals, and individuals interested in developing skills in direct marketing, sales, customer acquisition, business development, and leadership.
Our training program provides hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, customer engagement, sales strategies, and business operations. Team members receive ongoing coaching and mentorship while learning from experienced professionals.
For individuals who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and leadership potential, opportunities may be available to advance into management and explore future business ownership opportunities, subject to program requirements and business needs.
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support direct marketing and sales campaigns
- Communicate face-to-face with prospective customers and clients
- Learn customer acquisition, sales presentations, and relationship-building techniques
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Assist with campaign implementation and performance tracking
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Learn business operations, team coordination, and performance management
- Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals
- Represent Spartan Developments and its clients professionally
Qualifications:
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work full-time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable communicating with customers in person
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Interested in marketing, sales, business development, or management
- Willing to participate in hands-on training and coaching
Previous sales or marketing experience is not required. Candidates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
