Sales & Marketing Representative

Position Overview

Hunter Wyant State Farm is a neighborhood agency rooted in the Glen Allen, VA community. This is local sales with real relationships at the center.

You Will Do Well Here If You

Want to build a professional skill you can grow with for years

Like being paid for what you produce

Can pick up the phone and talk with someone who was not expecting your call

This Probably Is Not Your Role If You

Would rather answer incoming calls than make outgoing ones

Want the same routine every day with no goals to hit

Qualifications

Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided

Self-starter who follows up without being reminded

Ready to complete required state insurance licensing

Takes coaching well and collaborates easily with the agency team

Confident and clear on the phone, including with people you have never spoken to
