About the Internship

VTS America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations.

This internship is designed for a college student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing international manufacturing and HVAC organization. The intern will work across Operations and other departments to help improve processes, organize information, analyze data, and support projects that keep the business running efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in operations, supply chain, business analytics, manufacturing, project management, or process improvement.

What You Will Do

• Support daily operational activities and special projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data using Excel and other business systems.
• Support inventory and supply chain activities as needed.
• Help maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Ability to work effectively with employees across different departments.
• Interest in manufacturing, HVAC, engineering, supply chain, or business operations is a plus.
