Recruitment Assistant (Mandarin Required)

Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

Expected Start Date: By October 31, 2026

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our growing Human Resources team. This entry-level position will support the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments and locations, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, interview coordination, onboarding, and internal recruiting initiatives.

The Recruitment Assistant will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs, identify qualified candidates, maintain a positive candidate experience, and support timely hiring decisions. This position is ideal for an early-career HR professional who is interested in developing hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources within a fast-paced and growing organization.

 

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, and networking events.

2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.

4. Facilitate employee orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

5. Support internal recruiting initiatives.

6. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruiting strategies.

7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Requirements

1. Must be Bilingual (English & Chinese)

2. 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.

3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

4. Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

5. Familiarity with employment & labor law.
