Job Requirements:
- No experience required/entry level, but willing to learn in warehouse industry,
- Mandarin required for work purpose.
- Quick in learning how to operate warehouse equipment and system.
- Strong sense of responsibility with supervisory duties, capable of coordinating daily team operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations and assign work priorities.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Warehouse Associates throughout each shift.
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure shipping deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain high standards for inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
- Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping as operational needs require.
