Recruitment Marketing Specialist

WHY THIS ROLE?

You'll help students discover educational opportunities and career paths by creating and nourishing meaningful connections throughout the community. This is an ideal role for extroverted graduates interested in marketing and communications, recruiting, education, and public relations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Build relationships with high school counselors and students, as well as local salons, spas, and community organizations to increase awareness of our programs. 

Serve as a brand ambassador at career fairs, school visits, and community events. 

Engage with prospective students in a way that inspires them to pursue a career in the world of beauty and wellness.  

Create motivating and exciting experiences by leading campus tours and supporting new-student orientations.  

Plan and execute recruitment events that support engagement and enrollment.  

Develop valuable experience in relationship building, event coordination, and recruitment.
