Caregiver / Nanny / Sitter

Maison is a home help collective serving families across Stark and Summit counties. We introduce households to vetted nannies, sitters, and mother's helpers, and we take the matching seriously on both sides. Every family is thoughtfully intake-screened, and every caregiver is personally vetted before an introduction is made.

We're building a small, trusted roster of caregivers, and we'd love for you to be part of it.

Who We're Looking For 

Students who are good with children and good at showing up. You might be studying education, nursing, psychology, social work, or something entirely unrelated. What matters is that you're warm, dependable, and genuinely comfortable in a family's home.

What Caregiving Through Maison Looks Like 

• Part-time sitter and mother's helper roles that fit around classes, plus nanny opportunities for those with more availability
• Flexible, family-matched schedules, including after-school, evening, weekend, and summer work
• Families in your area, with introductions based on fit rather than a first-come queue
• Direct relationships with the families you meet, with clear expectations from the start
• No fee to join or to be introduce

What We Ask

• Experience with children, whether professional, family-based, or through camps, coaching, tutoring, or volunteering
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work in Stark or Summit counties
• A willingness to complete our vetting process, including a background check and reference verification
• A current CPR certification
• Professionalism, discretion, and good judgment
