Responsibilities
Develop a steady pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
Participate in product training and licensing coursework
Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals

Qualifications
Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses

Pay range: $70,000-$80,000 per year. This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
