Social Media Coordinator

We're looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to help us show up with more clarity, creativity, and consistency across social media.

You'll split your time between two things:

  1. running content for our company channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  2. running content for the personal LinkedIn presences of our CEO and President

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real experience building content strategy and executive personal branding, not just scheduling posts. You'll work directly with senior leadership every week, see how their thinking shapes into content, and have real ownership over what we publish and how it performs.

This is a temporary intern position with the opportunity to move into a full-time role.

What You'll Do

Company channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

  • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar covering post types and cadence per channel
  • Create original content in multiple formats: short video, carousels, graphics, and copy-only posts
  • Repurpose existing company content (videos, podcast episodes, blog posts) into channel-native social formats

Executive social presence (CEO & President LinkedIn)

  • Attend weekly working sessions with our CEO and President to shape the following week's posts
  • Turn those conversations into personal-voice content: thought leadership, culture, and relationship-building posts

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a senior in a Marketing degree program.
  • Comfortable working in person. This role is based in our office and is not remote.
  • Reliable personal transportation to and from the office.
  • Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual content. A portfolio of your work is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram as content platforms. Professional/business use is a plus.
  • Self-starter who's comfortable proposing ideas and taking ownership of a content calendar.

Why This Role

  • Direct, weekly access to executive leadershipmost internships never offer
  • Real ownership: your content calendar, your creative decisions, your name on the strategy
  • A portfolio of published work across multiple formats and platforms by the time you graduate
  • Flexible, part-time hours built around your class schedule
