Office Production Coordinator

OFFICE / PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Native Content | Los Angeles

Native Content is looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful Office / Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office and production team.

The role will work closely with Native leadership and production, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as the company and production roster continue to grow.

  • Maintain ongoing Native merch inventory, organization, and storage

PRODUCTION SUPPORT

  • Serve as in house production assistant for active jobs including on set support
  • Maintain and manage in-house social media output

DIRECTOR + ROSTER SUPPORT

  • Oversee and own asset and reel management
  • Maintain Native’s Slate presence, including updating work and roster information
  • Support ongoing roster organization as new directors and collaborators join Native

WHO YOU ARE

  • Is extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Is creative and holds a keen interest in filmmaking and advertising
  • Communicates clearly and keeps people updated
  • Can prioritize multiple requests without losing track of details
  • Is comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, file organization, and digital asset management, Adobe suite
  • Is resourceful and proactive
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment
  • Has a genuine interest in production and wants to learn and grow within the industry

This role is a great fit for someone looking to build a broader understanding of how a production company operates, with exposure to production, bidding, casting, director representation, roster management, and company operations.
