Marketing Assistant

At Midspire, we’re a sales and business consulting firm in Schaumburg that thrives on strategy, precision, and teamwork. As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the MVP behind the scenes, ensuring campaigns for AT&T’s full product suite—wireless plans, fiber internet, and entertainment bundles—run smoother than a championship offense.

As a Marketing Assistant, you’re the trainer keeping AT&T’s marketing in peak condition. The Marketing Assistant coordinates outreach like a conditioning drill, tracks engagement metrics like a fitness test, and ensures every detail—from promo materials to CRM updates—is as polished as a pre-game routine.

Behind every championship campaign for AT&T’s wireless, fiber, and entertainment services, there’s a trainer keeping the team in shape—and that’s you, the Marketing Assistant.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant

  • Support marketing campaigns by coordinating outreach schedules, preparing promotional materials, and assisting with digital and in-person activations.
  • Maintain CRM systems and marketing databases with accurate records of customer interactions, campaign milestones, and service preferences.
  • Assist with content creation and editing for email blasts, social media posts, and internal communications that promote AT&T’s services.
  • Track campaign performance by compiling engagement metrics, analyzing feedback, and preparing reports that guide future strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams in sales, logistics, and support to ensure marketing efforts align with service goals and customer needs.
  • Participate in training programs to strengthen product knowledge, improve marketing skills, and stay current on AT&T’s evolving offerings.

Minimum Qualifications of the Marketing Assistant

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing support, administrative coordination, or sales—especially in telecom or digital services—is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools such as spreadsheets, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning new marketing strategies and technologies.
