Night Fision is a Michigan-based manufacturer of premium sighting solutions for the shooting sports industry. We design, manufacture, and distribute innovative products for both consumers and leading OEM partners. Our growing team offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where employees can make a real impact.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in an entry-level operations role. No previous experience is required — we are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, willing to learn, and has the potential to grow within our company.

This is a great opportunity for a current college student, recent graduate, or someone early in their career interested in supply chain, operations, inventory, purchasing, or project management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with inventory management and purchasing
  • Maintaining information within our ERP system
  • Tracking inventory levels and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and operational records
  • Assisting with production planning and project coordination
  • Supporting day-to-day operational needs and special projects


What we’re looking for:

  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers and spreadsheets
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Dependable and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Most importantly, someone who is eager to learn


Students studying Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
