As a Marketing Intern, you will work alongside professionals across our marketing, operations, client service, and advisory teams to support communications, events, branding, and business development initiatives. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to projects that help deepen relationships with clients, engage prospective clients, and support the continued growth of our practice.

We are looking for talented and motivated college students in their sophomore, junior, or senior year who want to learn and grow and have the opportunity for consideration to join our top-ranked team upon graduation. 

The Opportunity

Marketing at R. Miller & Associates is about building relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and helping bring our brand to life. Interns are given the opportunity to make real contributions while gaining exposure to the many ways marketing supports the growth of a successful wealth management practice.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting marketing campaigns, communications, and branding initiatives
• Assisting with website content, social media, and digital marketing efforts
• Helping plan and execute client and team events
• Developing marketing materials and communications that reflect the firm's voice and values
• Supporting client engagement and business development initiatives
• Assisting with strategic projects that support firm growth and operational excellence

Interns have the opportunity to:

Candidates should:

• Commit to 12-15 hours per week during the academic year
• Commit to participating in the program for at least two semesters
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Have an interest in marketing, communications, business, or financial services
• Be interested in continued professional growth and development
