Sales Assistant Intern — Fall Semester

Bedrock Machinery

Bedrock Machinery is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant Intern to join our team for the fall semester. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the equipment industry, gain real-world sales experience, and work directly alongside our sales team and customers.

What You'll Do

Support the sales team by responding to inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up with leads and prospective customers.

Maintain and update our CRM ensuring customer, prospect, and dealer information is accurate and organized.

Research prospective customers including contractors, rental yards, equipment dealers, and other businesses, and help build targeted outreach lists.

Assist with sales outreach and follow-ups helping move prospects through the sales process.

Participate in sales calls and dealer visits to learn how we work with customers and partners. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to manage your own accounts and customer relationships.

Learn our equipment and attachments developing the technical product knowledge needed to confidently communicate with customers.

Support trade shows, demonstrations, and customer events as needed.

What We're Looking For

A sharp, motivated, and fast learner who can quickly pick up technical product knowledge. We sell equipment attachments—you don't need to know the products yet, but you should be excited to learn.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to be professional and confident on the phone and clear in written communication.

Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and priorities without dropping the ball.

CRM experience is a plus, but not required.

Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Chinese is a plus.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
