Marketing Intern

Marketing Interns are responsible for promoting the Blue Eagle Credit Union brand through creative content, including illustrations, videos, and other artistic formats. During this project-based, 90-day paid internship, you will utilize approved marketing messages to develop evergreen content and create social media posts that expand our target audience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1 Completes assigned projects in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Creates branded assets for evergreen campaigns and trending content across social media platforms.
3. Provides a 5-star experience when engaging with team members, members, and potential members, always representing the Credit Union in a courteous, professional, and positive manner.
4. Complies with all federal and state rules and regulations, as well as all Blue Eagle Credit Union policies and procedures, including those defined in the Employee Handbook ("The Eagle Flight Plan").

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
The Marketing Intern must satisfy the following minimum qualifications and education:
1. Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma
2. Experience managing social media platforms for a club, business, non-profit, or other organization
3. Experience using Canva
4. Experience with Google Applications: Docs, Sheets, eMail, Calendar
5. Clean driving record

- Strong commitment to quality service and teamwork.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (with intermediate Excel skills).
REQUIRED WORK HOURS
15–20 hours per week, as required by project needs. This position requires 100% in-office presence and may involve travel across Blue Eagle markets.
SALARY & BENEFITS
$20 per hour
