Customer Account Representative
American Honda Financial Center regional offices fuel the growth of the company by providing financing for Honda and Acura products. Each regional office has four distinct functions to service our customers and dealers: sales, credit, collections, and customer service.
As a Customer Account Representative, you answer our customers’ questions and resolve their concerns, creating a positive customer experience and meeting AHFC’s goal of providing service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customers’ questions and resolve their concerns
- Follow call pattern guidelines and achieve customer satisfaction measures
- Provide accurate information regarding customers’ accounts
- Provide account research and information
- Follow federal and state laws regarding account servicing
- Comply with established procedures and policies for account servicing
