Creative + Content Fellow
The Creative + Content Fellow will help build the system Dishcourse uses to turn its ideas, conversations, live experiences, and community into compelling media.
This is a hands-on role inside an early-stage company. Rather than simply completing assigned social media tasks, you’ll help develop, test, and document a repeatable Dishcourse Content Engine.
Expected Responsibilities
You will work directly with the founder and collaborate with the Growth and Operations Fellows to:
Develop and produce social and editorial content across Dishcourse channels
Capture content at live Dishcourse experiences, including photography, short-form video, participant insights, interviews, quotes, and event atmosphere
Develop recurring short-form video concepts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms
Translate Dishcourse conversations and cultural themes into compelling questions, provocations, insights, graphics, and other social content
Help develop creative campaigns for upcoming events, experiences, and membership
Maintain a consistent content calendar and production workflow
Organize photography, video, templates, graphics, and other creative assets
Test different hooks, formats, visual approaches, topics, and calls to action
Collaborate with the Growth Fellow to understand which content drives meaningful audience behavior
Track performance including shares, saves, profile visits, website traffic, email sign-ups, event interest, and purchases
Document successful formats and workflows so they can be repeated by future team members
By the end of the fellowship, you will help create Dishcourse Content Engine v1: a documented system of repeatable content formats, workflows, creative assets, performance insights, and tools Dishcourse can continue using after the fellowship.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should:
Be currently enrolled in a college or university program
Be able to commit approximately 5–10 hours per week for 12–16 weeks during Spring 2027

Have experience creating content for social or digital platforms through coursework, student organizations, personal projects, freelance work, employment, or other creative projects
Be comfortable writing and communicating clearly
Be able to manage projects and deadlines with limited day-to-day supervision
Be comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes may still be developing
Be willing to receive feedback, experiment, iterate, and revise creative work
Be able to collaborate while also taking independent ownership of assigned projects
No specific major is required.
