Youth Pastor 

Location: Cornerstone Community Church, a Global Methodist Church

Reports to: Senior Pastor

We are located next to the local school and are excited to welcome a passionate Youth Pastor to lead our youth ministry. As the Youth Pastor, you will have the exciting opportunity to create a new youth ministry for students in grades 6-12. This role requires someone who is passionate about outreach, has a creative approach to developing youth programs, and can create a safe, engaging environment where youth can grow spiritually and personally. Strong, driven leadership, and relational skills are key to this position.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $42,000–$46,000 (based on qualifications)
  • Working Hours: Flexible, requiring evenings and weekends.
  • Benefits: Includes vacation, personal time off, health care, retirement options, and negotiable continuing education support.
