Quality Assurance Lead

The QA Lead will focus on important aspects of the company's Quality System, including Quality Control management, QA documentation, Quality review, and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production and inspection instructions are correct and meet strict customer quality requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality checks, laboratory results, and other records for audit readiness.
- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and international standards.
- Perform testing and analysis to monitor material properties, surface finishes, and other critical quality attributes.
- Collaborate with other employees to address quality issues, customer concerns, or implement corrective actions.
- Be responsible for the requirements of the quality system, including purchasing, receiving, internal audits, calibration, training and evaluations, and tracking on-time delivery and quality goals.
- Supervise the work of other QA personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science field.
- Keen attention to detail.
- 50 WPM typing speed.
- 10,000 KPM 10-key speed.
- Proficiency with computer-related tasks.
- Previous experience with chemical processing or manufacturing is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Ability to commute to job site.
