Growth Hacker / Growth Marketing Associate — PropTech & AI

Company: Snaphomz
Location: United States — Remote
Employment Type: Internship / Part-Time / Contract
Industry: PropTech / Real Estate / AI
Experience: Students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates welcome

About Snaphomz

Snaphomz is a U.S. PropTech company building AI-powered technology to make buying a home easier, more transparent, and more buyer-friendly.

We're building tools that help home buyers search naturally, understand properties and neighborhoods, analyze disclosures and HOA information, evaluate pricing, explore potential savings, and navigate the home-buying journey with AI.

Now we're looking for someone who can help us answer an equally important question:

How do we get more people to discover, try, share, and come back to Snaphomz?

That's where you come in.

The Role

We're looking for a Growth Hacker / Growth Marketing Associate who loves experimenting.

This isn't a role where you'll spend all day creating marketing presentations.

You'll research audiences, identify unconventional distribution opportunities, launch experiments, analyze what happened, and help us find repeatable ways to acquire and engage home buyers.

One week you might test a TikTok concept. The next you might build a hyperlocal campaign for first-time buyers, identify Reddit conversations where buyers are struggling, experiment with an AI-generated content format, or analyze why users are dropping out of a signup funnel.

Your job is simple: find creative, measurable ways to grow.

What You'll Actually Do

Run Growth Experiments

Develop and test ideas across channels such as:

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Reddit
  • X
  • Facebook
  • Email
  • SEO
  • AI search
  • Online communities
  • Partnerships and creator collaborations

You'll help turn ideas into real experiments rather than leaving them in a strategy document.

Find Where Home Buyers Spend Their Attention

  • Research how first-time buyers, renters considering homeownership, and other prospective buyers discover information online.
  • Identify communities, creators, search queries, trends, conversations, and emerging channels where Snaphomz can participate authentically.

Create Viral & Shareable Growth Loops

Work with our content and product teams to develop campaigns people actually want to interact with and share.

Examples could include:

  • “What does $500K buy in different U.S. cities?”
  • “Rent vs. Buy in your ZIP code”
  • “What did this house actually sell for?”
  • “Ask AI what buyers usually miss about this property.”

You'll help test which ideas generate attention—and which ones actually produce users.

Work With Creators

  • Identify micro-creators, real estate creators, local influencers, and licensed agents who could collaborate with Snaphomz.
  • Help develop outreach strategies, creator campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, and content partnerships.

Experiment With AI

Use AI tools to move faster.

You might use AI for:

  • Audience research
  • Content ideation
  • Competitive research
  • SEO research
  • Campaign variations
  • Landing-page experiments
  • Marketing automation
  • Data analysis
  • Creator research
  • Growth workflows

We're interested in people who treat AI as a working tool—not just something to talk about.

Analyze the Funnel

Help us understand:

  • Impression → Click → Visit → Signup → Activation → Engagement → Conversion

Track experiment performance and identify where we're losing users.

You'll learn to work with metrics such as:

  • CTR
  • CPC
  • CPL
  • CAC
  • Conversion rate
  • Signup rate
  • Activation rate
  • Retention
  • Engagement
  • Organic reach

You don't need to know every metric on Day 1. You do need to be curious about why numbers move.

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in how many years you've worked and more interested in how you think.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Constantly notice internet trends before everyone starts talking about them
  • Understand how TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, or X communities behave
  • Enjoy experimenting instead of following the same marketing playbook
  • Can research something unfamiliar quickly
  • Are comfortable using AI tools
  • Understand basic digital marketing
  • Can write clear, compelling copy
  • Are comfortable looking at campaign data
  • Can work independently in a remote startup environment
  • Have strong curiosity about consumer psychology and online behavior

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with the following platforms
  • Meta Ads
  • TikTok
  • Google Analytics
  • SEO
  • Email marketing
  • Canva
  • ChatGPT or other AI tools
  • Influencer/creator marketing
  • Marketing automation
  • Reddit/community marketing
  • Google Trends
  • Landing-page optimization
  • A/B testing
  • Personal projects count.

If you've grown a social account, newsletter, community, website, student organization, side project, or small business, we'd like to hear about it.

What You'll Learn

This role provides hands-on exposure to:

  • Startup growth strategy
  • AI-powered marketing
  • Consumer acquisition
  • Growth experimentation
  • Performance marketing
  • Creator marketing
  • SEO and AI-search optimization
  • Marketing analytics
  • Conversion optimization
  • PropTech and U.S. real estate
  • Building growth systems from an early stage

You'll work directly on experiments that can reach real home buyers across the United States.

Who This Role Is Good For

This opportunity may be especially relevant for students or recent graduates studying:

  • Marketing
  • Business
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Communications
  • Advertising

But your major isn't the deciding factor.

Show us that you can think creatively, execute quickly, and learn from data.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume along with a short response to this question:

  • “If you had $500 and 7 days to get 1,000 first-time home buyers to discover Snaphomz, what would you try?”
  • Don't give us a textbook marketing plan.
  • Give us 2–3 experiments you would actually run, where you would run them, and how you would determine whether they worked.
  • Links to personal projects, social accounts, campaigns, websites, newsletters, communities, or other growth experiments are welcome.
