About DOMOS: DOMOS is an innovative apartment complex and property management company. We are navigating a generational paradigm shift from legacy SEO to AI-mediated discovery, including LLMs, AI Overviews, and conversational search environments. To stay ahead of the curve, we are looking for a highly motivated intern to help us dominate AI search and drive measurable leasing results. 
 

Compensation & Performance Goals:
This is a unique, results-driven internship designed for a true growth hacker. Over the past year, we have been meticulously tracking our leasing data. For 2026, we are currently averaging 25 leads and 2.7 applications per week.

• The Challenge: Your goal is to double these weekly averages (50 leads and 5.4 applications per week).
• The Reward: If you successfully double these results for 3 months in a row, you will be paid a $5,000 performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a generative SEO strategy aligned with our business goals across LLM-powered engines, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. 
• Build and refine our entity graph across structured data and internal linking to improve salience and co-occurrence for our apartment complexes. 
• Engineer and test prompts to evaluate how our properties appear in generative interfaces and identify optimization opportunities. 
• Lead the implementation of advanced schema to reinforce entity connections and guide LLM crawl behavior. 
• Establish relationships with High Value SEO affiliates, write blogs for them and 

• Check daily Reddit and other forums, find people talk about apartments and post responses to their threads. Then design a system around using AI to automate this process. 

• Focus on relevance engineering, entity design, and prompt-first optimization at the cutting edge of search to increase our visibility to prospective renters. 
About You:
• You have a deep interest in marketing and the future of search.
• You are familiar with how large language models process and generate answers, including context windows and entity linking. 
• You are a self-starter who thrives in an experimentation-grounded environment. 
• You are highly data-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation.
