Marketing Intern

Tradeshow & Event Support

  • Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events from registration through post-show follow-up.
  • Maintain show timelines and project trackers to ensure key deadlines and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Coordinate equipment orders, shipments, booth materials, promotional items, and other event logistics.
  • Assist with planning event-specific marketing collateral, including flyers, signage, presentations, handouts, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update the Go 2 Show document with key event details, schedules, contacts, logistics, and marketing information.
  • Prepare show materials, including flash drives, product videos, presentations, and other digital assets.
  • Assist with organizing and distributing event materials to sales teams and event attendees.
  • Support post-show reporting, including lead reporting, lead organization, event results, and follow-up documentation.
  • Help track event performance and identify opportunities to improve future trade shows and events.
     

Sales & Marketing Collateral

  • Support the development and updating of sales flyers, one-pagers, presentations, product materials, and other sales enablement assets.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from the sales and marketing teams for customer-facing materials.
  • Help ensure sales materials are accurate, current, on-brand, and aligned with current product messaging.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining a library of current marketing and sales collateral.
     

Paid Advertising Support

  • Assist with the development and implementation of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Help coordinate new advertising creative, including graphics, copy, product imagery, and other campaign assets.
  • Assist with updates to campaign landing pages and website content to support advertising initiatives.
  • Track advertising invoices and maintain accurate records of campaign expenses.
  • Help organize campaign assets, timelines, and performance information.
  • Assist with monitoring campaign results and compiling performance reporting.
     

Paid Search & Digital Marketing

  • Assist with maintaining and updating paid search campaigns and related digital marketing content.
  • Review search campaigns for accuracy, current messaging, product information, and alignment with marketing priorities.
  • Assist with updating keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements as directed.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for updates or optimization.
     

Marketing Communications & Inbox Management

  • Monitor the shared Marketing email inbox and help organize incoming requests.
  • Respond to or route requests to the appropriate member of the marketing team.
  • Track open requests and follow up as needed to ensure items are addressed.
  • Help identify recurring requests or common marketing needs that could be improved through new processes, resources, or materials.
  • Assist with maintaining organized documentation and communication around marketing requests.

 

Successful candidates should have:

  • Currently be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with marketing materials, event logistics, and campaign information.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and an interest in digital marketing, advertising, social media, and/or events.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • An interest in learning marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, analytics tools, and other digital marketing technologies.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects while also collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to ask questions, learn new skills, and suggest ideas.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support ad-hoc marketing requests when needed.
  • Prior experience with social media, graphic design, marketing campaigns, trade shows/events, or digital advertising is a plus, but not required. We are primarily looking for a motivated student who is eager to learn, take ownership of projects, and gain real-world marketing experience.
